Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure seamless service operations
- Manage guest reservations and optimize seating arrangements during peak hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service escalations with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply replenishment procedures
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain exceptional cleanliness standards
- Process transactions and reconcile daily financial reports
- Collaborate with management team to implement weekend-specific promotions
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or customer service supervisory experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday)
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
