Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Supervise and coordinate team of 4-6 frontline staffEnsure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Handle inventory management and restocking procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues efficiently
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
