Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure exceptional customer service
- Lead and motivate 5-10 team members during peak weekend hours
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all areas
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged
- Basic math skills for inventory and cash management
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
