Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff teams during peak operational hours
- Execute flawless service delivery across multiple hospitality venues
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Monitor inventory and operational compliance during shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend transitions
- Implement safety protocols and maintain ADA compliance standards
- Drive sales initiatives through upselling techniques and team training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage teams of 5+ employees during high-volume periods
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Texas Food Manager Certification preferred
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
