Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Train and mentor 5-8 retail associates on product knowledge & service standards
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising directives
- Resolve customer escalations with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention policies
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Available to work all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun, 8AM-10PM)
- Proficient with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if applicable to role)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including holidays
