Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations and supervise 5-10 team members during peak shifts
- Ensure seamless customer service across all service stations
- Handle inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
