Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend shift operations and team performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Train and mentor new associates on procedures
- Manage inventory and resource allocation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (if required for site visits)
