Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate weekend staff to maintain peak service standards
- Oversee daily operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts (8AM-8PM)
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Train new staff on service protocols and POS systems
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for weekend supplies
- Implement health and safety regulations during peak hours
- Generate shift reports and performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend operations
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Colorado Food Handler's certification preferred
