Responsibilities
- Manage weekend operations across 2-3 high-volume locations
- Train and mentor new team members during shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Handle inventory management and supply ordering
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols
- Process payroll and shift reports
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
