Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 5-8 warehouse associates.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulatory compliance are strictly followed.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with the Monday shift for seamless transitions.
- Address operational challenges and customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and end-of-day audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
