Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Lead and mentor 3-5 team members to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns during peak weekend hours
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement improvement strategies

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service expertise
- Flexible availability including Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
