Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations for high-volume client sites
- Manage staff scheduling and real-time shift adjustments
- Ensure compliance with safety and service protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and inventory checks
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Generate shift performance reports for management
Qualifications
- Available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 10 PM)
- Minimum 1 years supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Flexibility to cover emergency shift replacements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
