Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift teams of 5-10 retail associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met during all operating hours
- Execute inventory management procedures and store merchandising plans
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash handling audits
- Collaborate with weekday managers to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
