Responsibilities
- Directly supervise weekend staff to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards
- Coordinate inventory management and logistics activities across multiple departments
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to weekday management
- Conduct daily shift briefings and performance evaluations for team members
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity metrics
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
