Responsibilities
- Directly supervise weekend clinical staff and patient care activities
- Implement emergency protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during weekend hours
- Manage weekend inventory and supply chain logistics
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed documentation
- Address patient concerns and resolve operational escalations
- Mentor junior staff and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare supervisory experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Associate degree in healthcare or related field
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure situations

- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Valid Colorado driver's license
