- Manage and mentor 5-8 team members during peak hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
- Handle inventory management and supply logistics

- Compile end-of-shift performance reports
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
