Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and workflows during weekend shifts.
- Manage inventory accuracy and stock replenishment processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
