Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 team members during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Manage inventory and stock replenishment procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Process daily sales transactions and end-of-day reconciliation
- Conduct pre-shift team briefings and performance feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for store errands)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Local Jacksonville residency preferred
