Responsibilities
- Manage weekend retail operations including inventory management and cash handling
- Lead and mentor weekend staff (3-5 associates) to ensure exceptional customer service
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Generate daily performance reports and actionable insights
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Florida driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screening required
