Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Lead and mentor 5-10 team members to ensure exceptional service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally
- Monitor inventory and uphold quality standards
- Process transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operations
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid food handler/serving permit preferred
