Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail associates during peak shopping hours
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and merchandising
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and store standards
- Process transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations handover
- Train new weekend staff on product knowledge and store policies
Qualifications
- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid California driver's license (for inventory logistics)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
