Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 10-15 staff members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations
- Maintain safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri-Sun, 8am-8pm)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid California Food Handler's Card preferred
- Proficient in POS systems and scheduling software
