Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations and team coordination
- Manage staff scheduling and performance during weekend hours
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Ensure facility compliance with safety and service standards
- Conduct shift handovers and detailed documentation
- Train new weekend staff on protocols and procedures
- Monitor inventory and resource allocation for weekend demand
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic proficiency with scheduling software and reporting tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Pass background check and drug screening
