Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 weekend staff members across multiple service areas
- Execute daily operational plans and ensure quality standards compliance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service escalations with professionalism
- Monitor inventory and supply chain for weekend operations
- Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures during peak hours
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) consistently
- Strong conflict resolution and guest service skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Florida Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts in fast-paced environments
- Spanish fluency required (English proficiency mandatory)
