Responsibilities
- Manage weekend floor operations and ensure seamless guest service
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on service standards
- Handle inventory management and weekend supply logistics
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate with weekday managers for operational continuity
- Conduct post-shift weekend reports and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality/customer service experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekends
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Flexible availability including nights and holidays
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Valid Louisiana food handler certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
