As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be the face of our brand during our busiest hours, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff supervision during weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service and resolve any issues immediately.
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock levels to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Train and mentor weekend staff on operational procedures and safety protocols.
- Handle cash handling and register reconciliation accurately.
- Report operational metrics and inventory discrepancies to the Store Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
