Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Lead and mentor weekend staff during peak shopping hours
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Execute promotional events and sales floor resets
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance
- Prepare end-of-day reports and inventory counts
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability Saturdays and Sundays (6am-10pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
