Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Train and supervise part-time associates on sales techniques and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations
- Monitor stock levels and process weekly inventory reports
- Implement visual merchandising plans and maintain store aesthetics
- Handle cash register operations and daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience required
- Availability exclusively Saturdays and Sundays (no weekday hours)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required
