Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Train and motivate part-time associates on sales techniques
- Handle inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Ensure store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Process weekly payroll and sales reports
- Implement loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality management experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun required)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math and inventory knowledge
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for store transfers)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly
- POS system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent
