Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend retail staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly
- Monitor inventory levels, process shipments, and maintain store presentation
- Train new team members on company policies and operational procedures
- Implement promotional campaigns and achieve weekend sales targets

Qualifications

- 1+ years supervisory or leadership experience in retail/service industry

- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays, including holiday periods
