Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring
- Execute inventory management procedures including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and efficiency
- Implement visual merchandising plans and maintain store presentation standards
- Train and mentor new weekend team members on company protocols
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
