Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Lead and mentor 4-6 retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and inventory accuracy
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and cash management
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-10PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in retail management software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Detroit metro area residency required
