Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Execute promotional events and seasonal campaigns during peak weekend hours
- Conduct team training sessions on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and loss prevention procedures
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM or 10 AM - 8 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and POS technology
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule adaptability for holiday coverage
