Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of employees during weekend shifts to ensure high operational standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for restocking and merchandising.
- Train new hires and mentor current staff on company policies and sales techniques.
- Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures, with accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Address customer complaints or issues immediately and escalate complex problems to store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership roles.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, specifically including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on team motivation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software.
- High school diploma or GED required.
