Responsibilities
- Manage 8-12 person weekend teams at high-traffic Seattle locations
- Ensure exceptional customer service during peak Saturday-Sunday hours
- Handle inventory management and cash operations for weekend shifts
- Train new staff on venue-specific protocols and safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues in real-time
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
- Submit detailed shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Available for all weekend shifts (Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 8am-6pm)
- Valid Washington Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Seattle-based with reliable transportation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
