Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-8 weekend staff members during peak shopping hours
- Execute store opening/closing procedures with precision
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy and professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish high-demand products
- Train new staff on POS systems and brand standards
- Implement visual merchandising directives for weekend displays
- Submit daily performance reports to regional management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/supervisory experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8AM-6PM)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Washington state driver's license (required for supply runs)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours during shifts
