Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts with focus on team coordination
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met
- Oversee inventory management and merchandising displays
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members

- Implement store safety protocols and loss prevention measures

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years retail or customer service supervisory experience
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Available for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (8am-6pm)
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
