Responsibilities
- Oversee 5-10 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and inventory counts
- Train new staff on POS systems and store policies
- Submit shift reports and performance feedback
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday required)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to Harbour Island location
