Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Train and mentor 5-7 part-time weekend staff on procedures and equipment
- Manage inventory counts, shipments, and quality control checks
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Prepare detailed shift reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management software
