Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams to ensure outstanding customer service standards
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, cash handling, and store safety protocols
- Drive sales through staff coaching and promotional campaign execution
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues efficiently
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational continuity
- Train new associates on product knowledge and company procedures
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience or equivalent leadership role
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque retail market dynamics
