- Maintain accurate inventory records and quality control documentation
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers and resource allocation
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or warehousing
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure weekend environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
