Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse activities including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and motivate 8-12 team members during weekend shifts
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges promptly
- Conduct shift handovers with detailed documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reporting
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6am-2pm)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
