Responsibilities
- Manage weekend staff schedules and ensure optimal team coverage
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, safety protocols, and customer service

- Prepare weekend performance reports for leadership review

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) consistently
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid Washington state driver's license (if applicable)
