Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 team members during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional customer service
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve conflicts, and maintain store presentation standards
- Process transactions, operate POS systems, and manage cash handling procedures
- Execute store opening/closing protocols and security protocols
- Train new staff on company policies and operational procedures
- Generate shift reports and sales performance analytics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to manage teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management software
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
