Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff teams to ensure seamless operations
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service escalations with professionalism
- Oversee inventory management and weekend stock replenishment
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain venue cleanliness standards
- Process transactions using POS systems and reconcile daily reports
- Collaborate with weekday managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Flexible schedule with immediate availability
