Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring smooth service delivery
- Manage staff scheduling, breaks, and performance during peak hours
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Train new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders as needed
- Conduct end-of-shift cash reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the venue
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to work weekends and holidays without exception
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory
- Valid Tennessee Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands
