Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend staff during peak service hours
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through quality service standards
- Manage inventory and operational supplies for weekend shifts
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Monitor compliance with safety and health regulations
- Train new team members on weekend-specific procedures
- Prepare daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid Colorado Food Handler's or ServSafe certification
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Positive attitude with customer-first mindset
