Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during peak weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday)
- Lead and motivate part-time staff through shift assignments and performance coaching
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Handle inventory management and visual merchandising execution
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges with professionalism
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-volume weekend environments
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Flexible availability for all weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems
- Valid work authorization for US employment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Must be 18+ years old
