Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend operations and supervise 5-8 team members
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all departments
- Process inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Train new staff on company protocols and safety procedures
- Prepare weekend sales reports and operational summaries
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
