Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during weekend shifts ensuring optimal guest satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with safety protocols
- Resolve guest inquiries and elevate service standards through proactive problem-solving
- Train and mentor new staff on weekend-specific procedures and brand standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transition of operations
- Submit accurate shift reports and payroll documentation weekly
- Implement promotional activities to drive weekend foot traffic
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-energy environments
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8-hour shifts)
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
- Food handling certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
